Michael Soyfer of the Institute for Justice joined me to discuss municipalities’ use of surveillance tools like Flock Safety and their alleged infringements of our fourth amendment rights to privacy.

We discuss the history of how the courts view of our right to privacy has evolved over time as new surveillance technologies evolve and IJ’s complaints against municipalities that they argue are using Flock’s technology to unlawfully intrude on our privacy.

Some of the recent coverage of Michael’s work as it relates to Flock here and here.
